Handy guide for your stay
Welcome to our house! We appreciate you taking the time to read this guide, as it will help a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Upon arrival, please park in the driveway and not on the lawns. You can locate the key safe on the post at the front door; the code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. We recommend storing the front door key in the key safe minimize the risk of losing it.
While there is no WiFi, you can enjoy a selection of DVDs, books, and games.
The house evaporative cooling, which works best with windows or doors open; the control pad is located between rooms 2 and 3.

Please remember NO Smoking inside the house under any circumstances. We also ask that you dispose of your butts thoughtfully.
No animals permitted.

​If you use the BBQ during your stay please clean the BBQ after use. This is best done whilst still hot. Failure to do so may result in extra cleaning fees.

Please report any breakages, damages or issues to us asap.
Bin days are Mondays and we would appreciate you putting them out on the kerb before you leave.

Before you leave
Before departing if you could please ensure the following is done that would be most helpful:

- Please leave all beds as they are we will strip them, this enables us to check everything properly as we do.
-Please place all used bath linen, including tea towels, in the bath.
- Please remove all rubbish from the bins/house (including bathroom bins) and place in outside bins.
- If all dishes could be placed in the dishwasher and it turned on that would be amazing, thank you.
- Ensure all house hold items, cushions, blankets and furniture are located and returned to original locations including all remotes.
- Please ensure all lights, lamps, fans, TV, and cooling are turned off prior to your departure.
- Do a last minute check around the house for any personal effects and belongings including chargers etc.
- If you haven’t already, please report any damage or breakages. - Please return key to the lock box before departing (use the same code)
We take great pride in presenting the house for your arrival, it is most appreciated when left in a similar condition for your departure.
